  • Osteopaths use a variety of hands on techniques, including massage, stretching, manipulation ‘cracking’ and dry needling.

They can perform both strong treatments and techniques as well as more gentle ones. Please let your osteopath know if you have a preference to treatment type. We will continue to ask for your feedback to gauge your comfort level and ensure you get the most out of your session.

  • Your Osteopath will tailor your session to your needs. Allow 40-45 mins for a new patient and 30-35 mins for a return.

  • Comfortable clothing is recommended, tights, loose t-shirt or singlet. Your Osteopath may need to access areas such as your back to complete the assessment, in this case patients will be provided with a gown for comfort.

  • Treatment with an Osteopath may vary depending on the injury. Your Osteopath will formulate the best treatment plan and inform you of expected sessions. Generally we would like to see change occurring within three sessions
